Terms
Using this website means accepting these terms. They are short because the site does one thing: publishing clause-level decodes of online casino terms, payment rails and game rulebooks for readers in the UK. We are not a gambling operator, we hold no gambling licence of any kind, and nothing on this domain takes a deposit, places a bet or opens an account.
What this site is
Big Winnings is an independent decoder publication. We read operators’ published documents – promo terms, general conditions, cashier pages – and translate what we find into plain English with worked arithmetic. The decodes are ours; the underlying terms belong to the operators who wrote them; and where the two disagree, the operator’s current page governs. We are not affiliated with the operators on our terms board beyond the commercial arrangements disclosed on the relevant pages.
No advice, no guarantees
Nothing here is financial, legal or gambling advice. A decode explains how a clause behaves in general; offers change without notice and vary by operator, region and promotion. Where we describe typical ranges we say so, and the operator’s own current terms are the only ones that bind your play. Read them every time, because the version that pays you is the one on their page, not the one on ours.
Eligibility and honest limits
Gambling is for adults, and you must confirm that online gambling with offshore operators is lawful where you live before following any claim link. Some casinos we cover hold no UK licence: UKGC protections, UK dispute routes and the UK self-exclusion scheme do not apply to play on those brands. Using them is a risk decision that belongs entirely to you. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on this site, from errors in third-party terms, or from play on any operator. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Our content and yours
The decodes, receipts and checklists on this site are our work; quote them with attribution if you find them useful, and do not republish whole pages. Operator names and marks belong to their owners and appear for identification and commentary only. If you believe a page misquotes a document you manage, write to us with the current version attached and we will re-decode it.
